There is no going back now…

Businesses have no option but to ‘bounce forward’. But …

UK business leaders and senior teams must now navigate the profound challenges posed by a global pandemic, a fragile economy and the accelerating trend towards remote working.

Change is an important part of the organisational make-up right now, imposing a need for leaders to be more sensitive than ever to others’ situations and needs – and to their legal obligations within UK employment law.

  • How will you lead your team into a post-pandemic world and shape the “new normal” for your organisation?

  • What changes do you need to make to your work, workforce and workplace for enduring success ahead?

  • How can your business prepare itself to capitalise on the productivity, efficiency and cost-savings gains of adaptive working?

The programme will be tailored to the needs of your organisation and can be further customised. Please see an indicative programme below.

WHAT?

Combining practical Employment Law with communication skills and behavioural insight, the programme is designed to meet your flexible and remote learning needs and to give your participants access to a powerful interactive experience tailored to the needs of your company.

WHY?

The programme helps leaders tasked with maintaining engagement of employees whilst dealing with the need to flex, bend and adapt to change and understand the legal implications.

HOW?

Delivered online by a team of experienced lawyers, business psychologists and professional actors, the programme will give participants the skills, insight, and confidence to lead adaptive change effectively.

Organisations that focus on employee engagement see higher levels of productivity, and other benefits such as lower attrition and higher innovation.

The combination of legal insight, behavioural psychology, and role play exercises with the actors gave a highly valuable and focused result for our employees. The sessions provided practical advice to help us overcome the challenges we face at all levels in our organisation.

“The team development programme delivered for us was excellent and far outweighed our expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, as was the demonstration of understanding of our business and its culture.”
